Ok when I get my car back from the shop.. I wonder if I should use my Orignal Gov. That was set for my 3:27 trans that Now Ivan has and rebuilt but I needed to keep this Gov because I liked it's shift points and I have always used it..It is a No Tab Gov. more sense a vette Gov. But it's not a cut Govenor on the outsides.. I wonder If I should remove these Springs from the 3:27 version and put them in the Full Vette version that come from a 2:77 gear.. The 2:77's had No tabs and the 3:27's had no tabs but the 2:77 was a better Gov..

Or should I just buy the complete Kit.. because I have 3:45's?

So the thing is does the Outter weight the purpose of the gearing.. Or is it just the spring?
