need 85-90 front bumper cover
Anyone have or seen a trans am sytle front bumper around? Thought I'd check here before I order a repo nose from Taiwan. OEM has been discontinued and no luck finding one.

Partstrain.com is located in Carson, They have a CAPA repo bumper for $200. Classic Industries doesn't have any according to the woman I talked to today.
I'll go repo or repair mine I guess...

Try this: Welcome to Year One (links really should be in a more apparent color) They show N638 1985-1990 Trans Am, 1987-1990 GTA front bumper cover, GM. But you should phone them to be sure because they don't have most body panels anymore, even though their website shows they do. And they prolly don't have this one either, so don't get your hopes up.
A junkyard will prolly be your best shot at finding an original one, and even that won't be a good shot. I rarely see good ones, but there's been a pretty good nose on a white TA at the Ecology in Adelanto(near Victorville) for over a month now. Don't know if it's still there today, but cars sit in that yard for months at a time before being removed.
