engine question
How would I know if my 87 trans am is a 350 is it true that if the car speedometer comes up to 145 it is a 350 or any serial numbers on the ecu thank you guys and also I just dropped a motor and trans in my burgundy iroc

Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23
If the car is stock the 8th digit of the vin should be an 8. 87 the only speedo was the 140 mph. At least according to the tech article on here
