I can't see the pics, just red X's. If the scuffs are deep, you might be able to fill them with SEM urethane bumper repair. It comes in two tubes and you mix it together like epoxy. The front lower body-colored air dam may need to be replaced due to the severe damage that particular part gets in daily driving.

The last time I checked circa '03-'04, the lower air dam gfx was still available from GM. However, it may be discontinued now. Check the dealer or a NOS parts place like Classic Industries.

You can take a ride to PaP in San Bernardino. They usually have a pretty good selection of late model 3rd gens ('91-'92's). Last time I was there, I think I saw one or two '91-92's. With the front air dam though, I think it might be better to locate a brand new one. The side gfx's are usually in pretty decent shape when you can find them in the yards. The front gfx's are usually beat up beyond repair especially on the '91-'92's. That's what we did to my uncle's '91 Z. It was less hassle to replace the whole front piece with a new one rather than trying to fix the original one with a dozen tubes of urethane repair adhesive.lol!

To strip the paint, just use Bulldog aerosol flexible part paint stripper. Works for me.
