I haven’t been on here in a while sorry people! This is one of my favorite threads though and I’ve been meaning to post these third gens and to keep this thread alive!
Saw this Camaro in Oxnard right off Pleasant Valley. Looked good from a distance. Up close you can tell it was a cheap paint job. Needed a lot of work on the interior as well. According to the VIN, it was a 305 TPI car. The T-tops are from C&C.
Heading south through Canyon Country/Santa Clarita area on the 14 freeway this afternoon, I passed an 82-83 Trans Am. It looked to be in very good shape and was going pretty fast, so it seemed to run well, too. It was 82-84 Red, which is sort of a cherry, darker and nicer-looking than the 85+ orangey-looking Bright Red, IMO. It had most-likely come down from the Antelope Valley area.
Coming home from work today 4-4:30ish, going down Workman Mill rd. In La Puente, CA I was following a 87-88 red IROC, chrome wheels, lowered, a-piller gauges, extreamly clean. If you're on this board and read this, nice car bro! Wish i could've gotten a pic.
I've seen a few nice looking thirdgens lately. Posted pics of a couple of them over in the "parking lot paparazzi" thread. Just saw another one today at my son's friend's apartment complex in Moorpark. Didn't get a pic, but it was a really nice looking Camaro. Silver sides with black on the top. I'll see if I can go back and get some pics of it soon.

Finally took a couple pics of it. It was in an apartment parking lot so I couldn't knock on the door to find the owner.
