No, the ports are very small and no fuel rails that will bolt on. you can see more pictures at https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/alte...-manifold.html
Look at how the stock fuel rails need to be cut up just to fit on it and thats with no fuel cross over tubes or reg.
The epoxy on the outside by the injectors shows how small it is.

JerryWho nailed it, the runners need to be a lot bigger in diameter, it's not going to flow enough air at higher RPMs. If the design was all that great, they would have produced it.

That's the same as the intake I have. Damnit, looks like everyone has found it and is bidding on it. I'm prepared to go a long way to get it, mine has been modified. BTW, the intake is useless without the fuel rails (I have them)

I didnt bother after you pointed out the flaws. But I wonder why their isn't a aftermarket intake like this though? I know there is the Holly Stealth Ram, but its not 50 state legal. The two piece design just looks so much easier to work with. I would of thought BBK would of done something like this and not a super ram copy.

Jegs has a Wieand Stealth ram for $319.00 or $369 for Vortec heads transfer your stuff over. Better intake anyway.

yea 770+ is a grip of money for an intake no one knows much about. I have kept my eye on this item since it first hit ebay....kinda went crazy at the end it looks like
anyone know what this things flows? Would be nice to know what the RPM range is.

I have a new motor on the stand for my 90 Camaro that might be a good fit for it, It's a large bore 305 with 6.25 rods and a JRC solid roller cam that might see 8,000 rpm. If the small ports will flow the needed amount (15% less then a 350) I am sure it will love the short runners.
Now if AFR will ship me the heads i ordered for it 4 weeks ago (was quoted 2-3 weeks) this thing will get done.

I said "I don't think this is a good choice for a 350 or larger size motor"

I think there is potental if it is welded up and ported. I would make the areas wider where they transition into the plenum, and taller where the injectors sit. Jerry knows exactly how to do it.

While lurking around, I've heard more than a few local members talk about their theoretical 305 setups, but they usually get passed up for the bigger-numbers 350.
Nice to see someone from the socal 'skunk works' putting something together.

Doing some math that is about the same cfm as a 350 turning 7000rpm. I better keep a sharp lookout. That motor has some serious potential.

Jerry's version of a 305 more like the NASCAR version of a 350.

Re: Think this intake is worth getting. It does have an EGR.
my question is...
why a 305?
especially if you are going to do a large bore, you are practically building a 350

Got the intake in today and have started fitting the fuel rails, egr and sensors. I hope to get it on the flow bench this weekend and will post the numbers if i do.

If you need specialty legth bolts go to a place called rainbow bolts in riverside. I once bought some weird size allen heads from them for slp runners I had and couldn't find these anywhere else. They are off riverside avenue.

Re: Think this intake is worth getting. It does have an EGR.
This manifold is an excellent starting point for his (small discplacement, high RPM) engine program. It would need a lot of work to be good on a larger engine, and would probably sacrifice torque over a longer runner design.
Considering the price of my current intake project, including buying the Vortec baseplate and super ram, about $300 now in welding, and about two hundred dollars in tools to port it, not to mention the hours of frustration, his purchase price is a smokin' deal.
Powerful is not cheap, cheap is not powerful.
