Organizing a car show at Edwards AFB
Just like the title says. I am on a committee out at the base that is trying to organize a car show for July 14th. I just wanted to let everyone know and see if there was any one interested in attending. It will be open to all makes, models, and years. Oh yeah we are going to try and get it set up so that all participants can get there car photo'd in front of an F-16 or an F-35.

Re: Organizing a car show at Edwards AFB
That sounds cool. My car's not very photogenic lately, though.
Does Edwards hold air shows (non-car shows) much?
I know Point Mugu has a big one, but that's kinda far.
I miss the air shows at El Toro. They used to have antique dragsters...
Any chance of their permitting the use of an air strip for some "exhibition" type races?

My god father is friends with a Vetran that goes there all the time. I used to work there moving the VandenBerg Residents off the base and there locations where there not on base. Some of the home residents, boy what a job. All there stuff moved is free for them and under Insurance. So many wooden crates loaded, it was a good job. A truck driver job pays more but the base residents where alright with our storage facilty we used.
Maybe Photo shop could help. My brother had photo shopped one of my pics and it came out with this rich red color.
