1983 Firebird

Everybody - I picked up an 83 Firebird with the 4 cylinder Iron Duke for 350 bucks - it had a fire in the engine compartment - question is - is it worth it to LS swap it or just part it out - interior is complete but shot, paint is not orginial but decent shape - body is straight rust free -

I'd get whatever usable parts off it as possible and send it to the crusher...

Re: 1983 Firebird

Thats one of those, if i had all the good parts in a wrecked FB and this was a clean title car to swap all the parts into for little to no money car. I'd do it, but if your gonna need said parts, maybe not so much. If you can make your money back and use it as a parts car, all the better.

What did you end up doing with it? I was gonna say that would be a perfect car to do an LS swap.
