Re: Car wont start
Absolute basics. Save yourself a LOT of billable labor time by doing compression tests and checking for spark at each cylinder.
There were updates and requests on our regional board for shops that are willing to work on our old GM monstrosities. At least with EFI, the young shade-tree mechanics at the local high school or community college may take some interest in exchange for snacks and bbq.
Seeing that you've modified all parts of the 4 cycle of suck squeeze bang blow, there's a LOT that could've gone wrong here.

correct not stock but simple bolt on's. Yes I have a video of me setting up the position of my muffler to weld it myself teach myself how to practice welding. And the car is running not perfectly but it was the last time it ran on key on with out me being on the engine side manually moving stuff to get it to run.

Re: Car wont start
Other than checking all the basics---fuel, air, compression, and spark all on time---the only other guidance anyone can give you for a non-stock setup is to look at everything, especially your modified 1980 wiring harness.
Good luck.
Good luck.
