That polishing job looks great! Dwayne wil be very pleased. Did it come out easy, or did you have to do alot of sanding? Post the pics here on the board. If any of you guys need some polishing, Jasons the man!!

Jason does some great polishing.

I never was much of a under the hood pretty boy but I can now "pop" with pride.

Thanks Dwayne! Don't worry about touching the intake, just grab some Mothers brand aluminum polish and do a once over after it is installed..

I've done a lot of polishing recently on my new project, but it's sooo slow. I'm using emery cloth (hand and block) and a buffing wheel on my bench grinder. I use mothers polish on the wheel and wet sanding with the emery cloth. Are there some tips or tricks you'd be willing to divuldge such that could speed up this painstaking process? Any power tools? Many thanks...
