Twice in as many years I've emailed them. I also tried them on the phone before, they didn't answer. Anyone with feedback where parts were actually bought, or actually communications?
How are they for parts off the vehicles in their yard? Used parts / part out cars?

Ah, forget it... I tried to buy a few used parts from ther salvage cars... Got an answer to my questions after two weeks (!). I said I will buy everything and wanted a quote for shipping and stuff... never heard back. Tried to reach them three times more, then I told them I would buy elsewhere. They seem to have too much money and don't need to sell anything. I had problems with Hawks for the last two years. Missing parts in the package that I ordered and paid for, no answers to mails and very bad quality of ALL repro parts I've ever ordered (window switches, center console shift plate, weatherstripping, you name it). I will stay away from them in the future if possible. Very bad customer service for about the last two years.

Agreed, but I tried reaching them once by phone, too. In business, I return all email and calls by end of the day, no matter the time I need to stay. Cell phones and VOIP make life easy.
At any rate, I tagged @hawksthirdgen to this thread, but not sure if they are really on the site.
