Best Prices on Shocks??

I am in need of some new shocks and struts and was wondering where everybody has found the best deals? I was going to go for Koni sports, nothing what is going to give me a super stiff ride on the street but on the other hand still good on Sat and Sun for autocross. Give me your experience and suggestions.

I just ordered a set of Koni Reds from Tirerack. There are other places that advertise them a little cheaper or with free shipping but they didn't have the Red rears in stock. They claimed that the Koni distributor was OS also. Tirerack had the whole set. I had considered the Sports but a search on this board revealed some opinions that the Yellows might be too much for a daily driven car even on the softest settings. This may be even more true with the crappy roads we have here in Michigan. I have old, leaking Reds (I didn't buy them so I can't use the warranty) on my car right now and they are fine for what I need.

Shox.com was the one who claimed the Red rears were out of stock everywhere.

Their price was the same as Tirerack's but with free shipping.

Dillon,

Reds = Koni "Specials"
Yellows = Koni "Sports"

Here's the Koni info pages on the TR site...

http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/koni/koni_faq.htm

Just tell them the year and make of your vehicle and they'll get you the right parts. I ordered over the phone on the 1-800 number.

Total with shipping was $536.06.

Good Luck.
