Lowering springs or spindles?

for the front suspension of an 86 305 camaro... what is recomended? lowering springs? or lower spindles?

Engine: 305 TBI

Transmission: Auto

Axle/Gears: Stock

I prefer the springs because of the choice of drops. The only spindles I've seen are 2" drop and that's pretty radical.
