What's up with my wonder bar??? Is it deformed???

Ok, I don't have a pic of mine yet, but here http://www.sethirdgen.org/wbar.htm their picture of the wonder bar has a different shape then mine. On the ends, there is a notch that sticks out mine doesn't have.. I don't know if I can explain it really well... I'll try and get a pic of mine when the paint dries... anyone know if there were variances in the wonder bars over the years???

I ordered mine from the dealer. It lacks those extra ears. Those are to tie into a extra set of bolt holes.

So this is correct? Does anyone know why there were differences? Is it better to have the extra ends for more bolts? Seems to me it might add rigidity...

Chris: Nah, my car looks nasty the engine looks a little better though. My dad bought it for me at American Camaro and Firebird, it's on '39th a ways from the highway.
