Replacing brake system, what do you recommend?
Brakes in my car feel real crappy
Pedal is spongy, I got a feeling there’s some air in the system (pedal gets stronger after a few pumps).
Do you think it’s worth replacing the entire brake system (brake-booster, hoses, calipers possibly)?
If yes, with what (stock parts or is there a better replacement?)
Thanks.
P.S. I got 4 wheel disk brakes, btw

You could upgrade to 1LE but you may have to wait for parts a while. Do a search on that topic for more info and look here:

Otherwise, go to BAER or SSBC for their upgrade kits...around $1000-$1200.
You could practically replace the entire stock system for under $300 and just wait for a better system as the wallet allows.

You might want to invest in a "pump" like the "phoenix
injector system" and "flush" your system. Our cars are
10 to 20 years old and many have not had their brake
fluid fully replaced. At this age dissolved atmospheric
gasses contribute to the "spongy" feeling.

Might also want to try some carbonmatrix pads and sport drilled rotors. This will give you less fade and more pedal feel (sweet spot), But do bleed brakes system with new fluid. Earls Performace sells Solo-bleed vavles which are great! You can bleed your entire brake system without anyone elses help. Solo-bleed part # for 3rd gen camaro's with 10.50 rotors is #280029. They sell for under $10 a pair. Dont know if these will fit LE1 calipers though. Try Stillen.com for pads or rotors.

Pedal gets stronger after a few pumps, eh? Sounds like you need the rear disc recall kit. See this message: https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...threadid=78725 and see this message for a better explanation: https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...threadid=94532
