Damn chassis is bent! I just know it
Measured from wheel center to wheel center..
Drivers side = 103 1/2"
Pass. side = 101 1/2"
Two inches is a lot isn't it??? She does pull very slightly to the passenger side, even after I got a 4 wheel alignment.
I am dropping my car off to a body shop this evening to get my SFC's installed and they do frame straightenings and all of that and I am going to ask him to check to see how much she is out...
Can 2 inches in difference be straightened????? Maybe my measurements were out so I guess the proof will be in the professionals checking it on the ramp while she is getting the SFC's
Weird thing is... there are no signs of a bent chassis, doors close perfectly, hatch closes perfectly, t-tops fit properly, and the pull to the passenger side is very slight, on the highway she pulls straight..
sigghhhhh

Seems like a lot...
You could have a combination of little things adding up...
1. Tweaked a arm
2. K member a arm mounts
3. lca mount tweaked
4. crushed bushings
5. slight mis-alignment of Kmember
The Helms manual has a bunch of reference
measurements that might help in isolating this issue

Yeah, I was looking in my Helms (GM) service manual last night, in the hopes that I missed the "quarter panel replacement" section. Of course, that info's not in the book. But I did find all the frame checking measurements! I was going to try them and see how it turned out- but after reading your story, maybe I won't.
