Quick ? about real control arms...

Stupid question...

Heard someone the other day mention something about boxed rear control arms... how are these any different than the tubular design from Spohn?? Was he just talking about control arms w/ the relocation brackets?? Thanks.

Implies welding a reinforcement panel along the bottom
of the lca creating err...ummm a "box" instead of a U

boxed are in the shape of a box (rectangular prism)
tubular are in the shape of a tube (cylinder like)
