how does rims size affect handling?
how does rims size affect handling?
how big of a rim can be put on a 3rdgen? and what handling effects would it have?
are there any Gm cars that come with bigger rims stock, that would fit the bolt pattern of the 3rdgen?
just to save money form buying custom rims.

I thought my sig was long, but damn yours is insane!!
I think the biggest rim that can fit in a third gen is 18 inches. At least this is the biggest I've seen.
The advantage of going with a bigger rim is you can go with a shorter side wall tire and keep the same diameter depending on the size rim you choose of course. So fender gap isn't affected or you can actually reduce gap, again depending on the size rim and tire you choose.
Another main advantage that goes along with a lower profile tire is quicker steering response for performance driving.
