panhard bar.. Spherical/Poly Combo or just Poly??

Iv heard that using poly on the rear suspension can make the componets bind somehow. Im curious as to if this will make the car handle worse then with stock stuff, or when exactly it will bind.. Is it worth it to upgrade the rear and yet use poly bushings? or should i go with a Spherical/Poly Combo instead of just poly?

A bit of grease and they won't bind or squeek.

Poly bushing will last a lot longer and they're quiet. You'll notice noise from rod ends and they'll wear out quicker. My ladder bars constantly bang when I'm driving around the pits and nothing is loose.

For a street only car go with poly.

I've got a tubular spherical/polygraphite combo,hasn't been tested on car yet though.I read on a website (Global west or something similar) that this combo is best.Apparently there is a difference between polygraphite and polyurethane you didn't say which.If you look at the panhard bar side on, you'll see that it has to travel in the same arc as the axle(hence the 3 dimensional movement of the spherical bearing).With a poly only(tubular) bar I could imagine this binding as the poly bushings will resist this movement.The only reasons an oem bar doesn't bind is because;
A-The rubber bushings are very flexible and will move
B-The bar's a flimsy stamped steel one which flexes easily,mine was actually bent after years of use. It makes a big difference as to how you use the car(drag,handling etc) for selection of suspension components.Don't want to upset anyone here,just my findings.
