My 1984 Camaro leans to the passenger side real bad, the springs and shocks all look good. what else could be the problem.

This sounds stupid but did you check if the tires all are equally aired? Mine does it too but that helped a little, also when I put new struts and springs, it helped some. Still does it a little. I looked at the back of my car and saw that I'm missing a bushing completely! I think that might be the problem. Good luck.

The springs might look good (as in not broken) but they could be shot. Try replacing the rear springs first (since they are the easiest) I bet it will help. Springs lose their strength over time.

Lose the fat chick...

Couldn't resist.

Check your spring isolators too.
