Aftermarket 12 Bolt question within . . .
I was thinking about getting a Moser 12 Bolt for use in the project car and had a couple of questions. (Just in case it may matter, my car will not be used for drag racing; it'll be mostly street and occasional autox.) For one, their housing has larger tubes than our stock rears and our factory sway bar mounts will probably not fit the tubes. I was wondering how adapting the mounts or using aftermarket sway bar adaptors will affect the rear geometry if at all. As far as I can tell, I don't think it will cause any undesired effects or problems with the handling of the car, but I thought I'd ask the experts here.

When I called Moser on this about my 12 bolt they told me to use 3" exhaust clamps to bolt the sway bar mounts on and done.Rear isn't in yet,but I have it built in the garage with another sway bar mounted as they said with no problems.

ATOMonkey, the car will be run on an autox course for fun, not competition. It will be mainly my toy/weekend/street/show car and it will be putting out a lot of power. I figured that I should just go with a rear that will be able to handle the power and not worry about it.
