what mods for traction besides slicks...

the only thing i would add is relocation brackets, i would also say a good panhard rod and good sub-frame connectors help as well..

Any good aftermarket suspension will be an improvement from the factory setup.
Make sure the SFC are weld-in not bolt-in. Some aftermarket LCA and some relocation brackets are next. A better torque arm so it won't flex and you can adjust the pinion angle.
Don't forget about the air bags inside the rear springs. They're also a tuning aid that can help traction.
There are no real "traction bars" available for a third gen because of how the suspension is set up. Just change it all to aftermarket parts and it'll work fine.
