springs, which end is up? help by A.M pls.

Im installing some drag springs in the morning and they came with no instructions. Im pretty sure the flattend out end goes up and the normal coil end goes down. Right? Also can I/should I leave out the top Isolator rubber thingy? Its a little messed up anyways and I dont really want the extra 1/2 ride height from them.

Thanks.

if the spring has one finished end and one regular end it should be pretty plain to see where it goes, the finished end will go on a flat surface and the other end will go on a tapered surface if they like all i've seen. i'd leave the isolaters in if it were me ,but some people don't.

Check out my web page for pictures of exactly how to install springs. If you can't figure it out by looking at those, you need help man....
