Where all to weld SFC's

Where all to weld SFC's
I'm going to be installing some SFC's this weekend or the next, and was just wondering should I weld them to the floorpan or just to the front and rear subframes? or should I weld em to the floor every 6" or somethign? thanks for the info. any pics would be great too of what everbody is using for SFC's thanks again!!
