new shocks to match eibach prokit

i was going to get the bilstein HDs that steve spohn sells but i ahve heard that they arent ideal for a lowered car. Are bilsteins a good shock? i really want to go with the bilsteins so is there a different line instead of the HDs that offer the same great performance that i have heard of bilsteins offering but that are suited to a lowered car?

they are stiffer than the HD's but are designed for lowered cars.
