No. Unless of course you lowered it by using tiny tires... the brackets go on the rear end, so as long as the tires are a reasonable size, they'll fit fine.

The picture is good. You'll notice that the suspension parts don't go below the bottom of the rim.
A lowered car really needs relocation brackets. You need to keep the LCA parallel to the ground or slightly higher in the front. Doing this will reduce or eliminate wheel hop.

I've been wanting to build a set of these. How far below the origional lca mounting holes are the relocated mounting holes? are they directly below?

Before I went to ladder bars I made a set for my old diff. I had 3 holes. 1", 2" and 3" lower than stock. The 3" hole put the rear of the control arm lower than the front.
