Front e-brake cable

I broke my front ebrake cable and none of the parts stores around here can even get them, let alone have them in stock. I was wondering if anybody had any gm part numbers for the front e-brake cable (the one that goes from the handle and hooks to the 2 cables that go to the rear calipers) that would fit on an 85 iroc-z with 4-wheel disc brakes. I couldn't find them and gmpartsdirect.com's search feature is virtually useless.
Thanks

If you email gmpartsdirect, they will get back to you very quickly. They always email me back the same day, or the next business day.

Did you try partsamerica.com? I have an '86 Trans Am w/ rear disc and they have it and it shows the same number for the '85 Camaro. I have an extra one at my house.

i don't like gmpartsdirect very much. their website sucks. it's almost useless unless you know the exact part number for the part you're getting. I emailed them about a month ago about new badges and stripe/decals and i am still waiting on a response to that. Actually....I emailed them twice about it. When i filled out an rma to return my memcal, it took them 2 weeks to get back to me with the rma. i've got an 88 firebird, v6, t5. could i gank that cable off it and be able to use it? the ebrake does work on it.

what part number are you using to look it up? i'm on partsamerica.com's site and the only one i see for that listed says it's not available. the rest are just labeled brake cable.

I think they are $18.49 by tru torque. I have one I'll sell you cheaper because I don't need it and don't want it sitting around. PM me in you're interested.
