ideally you want 50/50, they make battery relocation kits so you can put it in the trunk to even out the weight some

i'm not sure i understand what you are asking then. by putting new shocks/struts on you cannot change your weight distribution. you do that by adding/removing weight to/from the car.

maybe he is thinking like 90/10 and 70/30 ratings in drag shocks/struts

if you run on the street id say stick with the regular shock valving the others are for racing and not ideally suited to the street

Do spring need servicing after 80 k if you replace the shocks should one replace the spring or they’re no point

you usually will not need to replace your springs unless they are sagging or broken in some way
