Need New struts. Any Opinion?

I have monroe on now. Although they are fine now I'm ditching them I already have Koni Reds in the back and was thinking of going with them in the front. But I cant see spending 170 a strut. I do mostly highway driving to and from shows. I dont autox and I take it to the strip 2-3 times a year. I was thinking about getting the KYB AGX ones for 119 a piece. Any suggs? Thanks

I just installed the KYB GR-2 on the front of my car, it rides a lot stiffer now and handles well, they are not as good as the adjustable ones, but are fine for me for highway driving. Very easy install.

well i am a big fan of matched sets ...

i think the AGX's would be OK, they are adjustable, so in theory (maybe not practice, and that is the problem), you could adjust them and the konis to perform in such a way that it feels like they were meant for each other.

of course koni makes such good peices, i would be inclined to tell you to spend the extra $$$ for the konis, since you already spent the money for them on the rears.

Oh yes,I'm glad I did the overtime to afford these blighters!!!
By the way I actually got these cheaper in the UK because they are not US made (Dutch). This also applies to Eibach springs(Austrian or German) which were way cheaper. When I posted a similar question, the two higher end choices were Bilstein or Koni.I suppose I chose Koni yellows because my freind runs Koni reds, and is more than happy with them.
