New Moog springs or Eibach?

New Moog springs or Eibach?

Mine are shot i can tell......which should i buy to replace them?

if you want to lower it, get eibachs, if you don't get moog replacements.

Well the way I look at it now is, my springs already sag quite a bit, so either way moog or eibach its going to get raised (i would go with the pro kit if i chose eibach).....so thats where I'm stuck. How good of a spring does moog make? I know lots of people run the eibachs but havent heard any comments on the moog springs.

well, i have never run moog springs, but i hear everything moog makes is top notch.

my ride height stayed the same after installing Eibach springs in place of my 145K mile stock ones.

me and my brother run the moog springs and so does a friend with a 1le iroc-z. there pretty damn good springs for 62 bucks at the parts store. i havent installed mine (lazy) but on my brothers 86 sport coupe and his 91 z28 they made a difference over stock. cant wait to to all my suspention.

i was also lookin for different srings before the moogs and i looked up prices for eibach at work and its like 400bucks for that drag spring kit

part# EIB-9306-140 in Summit. $269.95, thats where i got mine at. The drag launch springs that is.

That part number works......but Summit isn't selling them i guess.

Really? I got them last fall. Did you call them or looked it up on the site? If they sell Eibach products they will be able to get you those springs, as long as they are still made that is.

Try www.shox.com. My last quote from them was $220 for the pro kit. Keep in mind that the unique thing about the pro kit is they say it's a 'variable rate' spring, as opposed to a set rate (like 500lbs).
