what are the advantages of a tubular k member? waht are some sites that sell them, and how hard is it to replace?

I think the Spohn link on the front page has them, weight savings about the only advantage I can see, it might make easier access for oil pan bolts, starter... I don't know, but they look neat.

Axle/Gears: Ford 9"/31 spline spool/4.86
Biggest advantage is weight saving. Third gen's are very nose heavy.

k-members from www.paracing.net also have heim joints instead of bushings for the a-arms. For drag racers, this eliminates bushing stiction for better weight transfer. For street use it would be noisy and require replacing the joints every couple of years.
