proportioning valve plumbing

can someone out there help me with plumbing a new disc/disc proportioning valve? there are 5 outlets. i know the two top ones go to the master cylinder. there are two lower outlets and one angled rearward outlet. i know two go to the front discs and the last one goes to the rear disc system...but which ones? the lower front outlet is larger (1/2") than the other two which are (3/8"). help!

I cant say for sure. But I would put my money on the big one being for the rear. Your feeding two lines off of one line. I would think that it would be a larger line to feed the rear. And seeing how the fronts do the most for braking i would think they each get their own line......make sense?
