Alston Subframe Connectors
I know that if i buy the bolt in subframe connectors and have them welded in, i don't have to cut my floor pan or any other modifications right?
I've heard that the cat converter won't clear the sfc, i've got a stock cat but it's gutted, will it clear or will i have to change anything?
thx for everyones help on this sfc issue

I've got the alstons, with SLP 1 3/4" shorties, a 3" aftermarket cat, which is larger than the stock one but shorter, and a 3" exhaust system, welded them in, it all clears just fine, they follow the floorpan quite closely.

I have the Alston's with Edelbrock headers, a 3" exhaust all the way through, and a catco catalytic convertor. Everything went together well with no clearance problems. Just be careful over speed bumps or you will give those new SFC's some character (scratches, dents, etc.)
