umm no instructions....help!!
O.K. I just got my SFC's from jegs (jegster bolt in) and guess what ...no instructions ...great huh?.. ok I have been told you have to have the cars weight on the wheels when you put them in ..is this true? I have looked at some pics of them installed so i have a pretty good idea how to install...help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

It's not that you have to have the car's weight on the wheels; what you want to make sure of, is that the body is absolutely level and square when you install them. If for instance you have one corner jacked up higher then the others, when you weld thm in, they'll be holding your car's body tweaked that way, permanently. That might mean having the body up on a number of stands, or on a race car jig (that's how mine were done), or at a frame shop. If you springs are perfectly equal, then yes, having the car's weight on the wheels would give the results you want.
Don't think you can get away with leaving them bolted in, they won't last long, there's too much stress on too little metal around the bolt holes. Bolt them in, then take them somewhere and get them welded; I highly recommend a frame shop above any other place (such as a muffler shop), unless you know someone that does race car chassis work.

You want to use a drive-on style lift. Not a frame lift.
