Ok, unfortunatly, the person who had my car before me neglected a loose panhard bar bolt for a very long time. So, the hole in the frame that the bolt runs through got bigger and now the bar can't do it's job. How can I make the hole smaller so the bolt doesn't move around?

 

the hole is bigger on one end and the bolt has a sholder on it. do you have the corect bolt? if so i'd guess welding a washer over the enlarged hole would fix it.

 

weld the bolt hole up and redrill it or just drill out the hole and the center of the bushing and use a bigger bolt.
