Got a brake bleeding idea.
Ok, here is my idea.
Since I do HVAC we use strong vaccuum pumps to evacuate refrigerant lines.
One each brake line, after the prop. valve, I install a flared "t" fitting. On the Bull of the "t" I will have a standard, 1/4" schrader valve. I hook up the vaccuum pump to the "t" and pull a good vaccuum. Assuming the system is good, it holds vaccuum, and the hoses dont collapse, would it all be a matter of just putting brake fluid in the resevior(sp) and pressing the pedal???? I am kinda inexperienced in brakes aside from pads and rotors.
I only ask cause i wanna change all the flex lines to some braided stuff, and have fresh fluid in the whole system.
What ya all think? Will it work?
