What year is the brake kit off of? PBR kit or iron caliper style? I take it that it will be installed on your '85? Your car is also a disc/drum J50 car to start with?

Need more info.

My car is a J50 disc/drum setup. I guess i should not of really could it a kit, its really like a used set up. its of from an 85-89 iroc, i am not sure exactly what year, and it includes everything i need for the actual rear disc brakes, but nothing else. I know i need a disc/disc prop. valve, but thats it.

I strongly suggest NOT getting it if it's the '88 and older iron caliper style. These calipers are known to lock up and not work right. Mine didn't. Definitely get the '89 and up PBR aluminum style.

Go with Andy's kit...everything you need in one spot.

From what i can tell Andy's kit is over $700. I can get this setup for well under a $100. i was told that caddilac calipers will bolt up and still have provisions for the parking brake, will this work???
