Yet another susp. ID quest. [post search]

I went around salvage yards looking for a bigger rear sway bar. Searched several 3rd gen remnants and nothing until I got to a Formula. Not sure of year but looks like it did have the shark nose. Anyway, it had the "Performance Suspension" badge on the interior. The rear sway is 24mm (which I snagged). The front looks like 32-36mm. Rear drums.

1. The stock susp. on my Z28 vert is not so good and I think the front sway bar is hollow (right?) . I am wondering if the sway bar on this Formula is solid and if I should snag that too.

2. Does the fuzzy picture I portrayed of the Formula sound like the WS6 or F41 package.

I know this has been discussed but I'm a bit confused about certain parts. ANy help would be great.

WS6 : PERFORMANCE PACKAGE, SPECIAL
F41 : SUSPENSION SYSTEM, FRT, RR, FIRM RIDE, HANDLING

sounds like a 91 + firebird formula and my guess it has ws6 like mine..

the hollow sway should have drain holes near where they mount tp the endlinks i think..

the bigger the better, if its 36mm then most likey get it..

Yeah, I went back the next day and snagged and (and I also grabbed the little badge from the interior).

I was going to put them on today with a steering brace. Steering brace did not line up prop, so I just attached the 36mm bar w/o the brace and could not get to the rear because DiscountTire over-torqued my lugnuts over the holidays.

Isn't it funny how a seemingly simple car project never really is??

Anyway....I'll hopefully get them on by tomorrow. Thanks for the info
