PBR brake hose banjo bolt...Anyone know what size???
Here's my dilemma - I have a pair of Fenco remanufactured PBR calipers I bought from AutoZone. I want to install new banjo bolts when I connect the brake hoses.
HOWEVER, nothing I have found fits! I have been everywhere, including the dealership and nothing they have matches. The bolt is the right size but the threads do not match. The threads in my calipers appear to be fine, but all the bolts I've tried have a course thread.
Does anyone have any helpful info?
AndyZ28? ebmiller? I could use somehelp guys. Thanks!

BretD,
The banjo bolt thread size is M10 x 1.0
I was looking for these same banjo bolts a few months ago and ended up ordering them thru the local GM dealership. AutoZone, CarQuest, Napa, etc didn't have them in stock.
The GM part number is: 10286122 The price was $3.68 each.
You didn't state front (2 piston) or rear (single piston) PBR calipers but it doesn't matter anyway because that banjo bolt fits both.

Mike,
Hmmm, that's supposed to be the bolt the Pontiac parts guy pulled for me. As I mentoined though, he wasn't very enthusiastic. Could be he pulled the wrong one. I'll have to try again.
Thanks!

Okay, I think I have this cleared up. My local Pontiac dealer only stocks the M10 x 1.5 pitch banjo bolts. That's what he showed me today. The M10 x 1.0 bolts fit the Corvette and he does not stock them. I'm gonna try some of the local Chevy dealers.
