squeeky suspension

hi all
my suspension is really squeeky in the rear. when i go over a bump, or push down on it.

does this mean my springs are squeeking or is it just the shocks? it doesnt appear that the springs are worn, as the car still sits high. everythings just very noisy.

i would also like to know where to get non-lowering springs, dont like the lowered look.

another suspension question:
when i turn the front wheels and at the far most points they make horrid noise. is this the upper strut mounts that need to be replaced to fix this??

thanks...

Any poly on that rear suspension? That would squeak. Also, when you shocks go bad it does not affect ride height (that's springs). Push down on the quarter panel--If the car bounces mor than once--your shocks are bad. The sqeaks are most likely coming from the LCA bushings of your shocks. Good luck -----I HATE squeaks and rattles-------almost as much as Mustangs
