spindle mod for upgarde
i have a 92 rs 305 tbi and was wondering if a front brake upgrade (le1 or baer )
requires spindle upgrades as well-- i'd hate to do all the work over after the springs and strut replacement...

Yes the spindle has to be drilled and tapped to accept the caliper braket or get spindles that are already modified for it.
