Heres a nice and simple way to do it. Jack up the rear of the car and put it on jack stands letting the rear end drop down. Take off the shocks which will let the rear end drop down even more. You could also take off the sway bar endlinks which would drop it even more but hteres no need for that. Then go under the car and push up at the spring compressing it then pull it out. Then grab the new one and shove it in. Thats how I did it its pretty simple. It also helps if you have a friend push down on the wheel on teh side that your trying to take out. Which lowers the rear end more too.

You can get a bit more drop by taking the bottom of the rear shocks loose from the rearend and doing the same with the panhard rod.
