Is anyone using the BMR torque arm with a mufflex 4" catback and ypipe?

Sorry for the possible repeat question, but the search is not availble at this time.

Pictures of your crossmember install would be great. I'm concerned that it may contact the exhaust. Thanks!

JMatlock,

I talked with Brett at BMR a long time ago and he said that he has installed his torque arm (Xtreme and track-pak) on cars with the mufflex 4". I think the key is to have a competent exhaust shop (or YOURSELF) install the 4" exhaust taking a lot of time to make sure that it is tucked up as close as possible. The TA crossmember has a hump in it for exhaust clearance.

Thanks for the info! I just got my car back from the shop with the new 4" setup. I have a bmr ta at home ready to mock up this weekend to find the answer to my question.

I have the 4" Flowmaster version of the Mufflex catback. I'm very surprised how quiet it is. Don't get me wrong, it's still loud, but I am very glad to rid the interior of the drone the side exit exhaust had.

That sure is a clean car you have! How current is your website (timeslips, pictures, mods, etc)?

I'll post some pictures of the bmr setup when I mock it up this weekend. Some bmr crossmember mounting and clearance pictures are definetly needed in the archive.
