The one I found from Edelbrock says it's for a TBI car with the A/C on the passenger side. The TBI part will be the same as the carb, I know, but my A/C is on the driver side? Does anyone have one of these?

I hope that's a loveseat in that picture and not a sofa; that bar looks freakin' long. How does it fit? Does it just go underneath the air cleaner? Do you know where I can get one of those?

I've got a Holley intake with a 700CFM double pumper 4-barrel on it and a 14"x3" summit air filter. I bought and installed the HPM-3260-AB

It looks great and works awesome! Not a bad price either. the only mod I had to do was make a 1/2" spacer between the brace and the firewall (it was a 3-point brace).

Thanks. Do you end up having to remove the STB then every time you want to work under the hood, or can you usually work around it?

I usually just work around it. It doesnt take up much room. I'd take a pic, but I just got my engine back in. I'll have it all back together in a couple weeks. the only time I would have to remove it is if I wanted to work around near the back of the engine, like by the distributor.

not my car, but here is a pic of the bar installed
It fits great on my car, goes over top the air cleaner. I don't think Jamex is still in business, bought mine used. You could probably find one on ebay

I have an L69 dual snorkel air cleaner. I'm not sure though how much extra room there is though above the air cleaner in the T/A.

yeah....
That piece looks good and stiff, not to mention it'll clear pretty much any air cleaner setup by the looks of it!
I bought one from an outfit in Canada, www.flatoutperformance.net , It is en route and should show up any day now.
