Anybody have Eibach PRO DRAG KIT in there IROC-Z?
I was wondering if anybody has the Eibach Pro Drag kit installed in there iroc-z.
I was wondering what the drop is copared from stock, and also, if you do actually notice a difference in 1/4mile time.
I currently have cut springs in my car & am really really low. Want to raise it back up, as when it comes back out this spring I want it to be almost a complete sleeper.
P.S. If your wondering, the stripes wont be there anymore, hence sleeper.

I tried the Eibach "Drag launch kit" (Eibach # 39151) in my '85 Z28 late last year but have yet to truly test/prove it's benefits at the drag strip, should see how it works out this summer with Slicks. The key to this kit is the different rate springs for the rear (L & R are not the same) and the addition of an "Air Lift" bag for the PS coil.
Prior to purchasing my kit I had read a story in a magazine (don't recall which one) that the kit combined with the installation of adjustable shocks all around did help substantially reduce the 60ft times and increase traction on their 4th gen Camaro test car.
As I recall the Drag launch kit is not supposed to provide any drop in ride height, but perhaps they are other variations available that do. You should check out a 2003 Eibach catalog to confirm.
If traction is your problem you may be just as well off installing new springs, tubular LCA's (or box your existing ones), LCA relocation brackets, and shocks.
Sleeper is gooood!
good luck!

I have them on my 86 and i noticed no drop. They are not for lowering specifically. I have heard of people who have noticed a drop, but i have not. The ride quality is still good IMO, a little floaty at times, but not bad at all. I too have not been to a track to "test" them out so i do not know what they should do as for lowering ETs. good luck
