Brake Noise

I just installed new Raybestos Brutestop front pads and new aluminium drums with new shoes. I installed the front pads and rear shoes on different days. I tested the front pads the first day and they did not make any noise. Last night I tested the rear shoes and they did not make any noise either. Well today I went out driving and they make a squeal once you step initially on the brake then it goes away. It comes and goes it seems. I was wondering if it might go away once the pads and shoes break in?

Also I have a set of Earls brake hoses that I want to install. I took them to one place to have them give me an estimate and they said they could do it. Although when I went to the Chevy dealer the service guy said those ends won't work on a GM caliper. Anyone who has installed Earls lines with their Camaro tell me if you had any problems. I wanted to do it myself but that rear brake hose looks like tough one to get at even with putting the rear of the car on jackstands.
