Welcome aboard....

It really depends on which bushings you are doing. I had my A-arm bushings done by a shop but I did everything else myself. If you are the least bit mechanically inclined, do them yourself. It'll save you money. Click the link in my sig to see some of the basics like a tranny mount and torque arm bushing replacement. I will be replacing the A-arm bushings in my RS soon and I will be doing them myself this time and will do another picture how-to on those. Someone replaced theirs using a ball joint press from Auto Zone and made it look easy, so I'm gonna try it. The A-arm bushings will be the hardest to do, all others are unbolt and reinstall basically.

Hey Ed I'm about to install new KYB struts/shocks on my car next week as well as a spindle that bent from an accident i had. Is it possible to remove the ball joints without damaging them so that they can be reused? or should i just look into buying new ones before i do the suspension swap

If you want to reuse them, just leave them in. You don't HAVE to take them out. If you want to pull 'em out, use a press and they will be fine.

However, if you had a wreck that bent your spindle, I'd at least replace that one...so therefore why not do both?
