They are called e.t. improvers from TDS here on the boards.
I don't really see where they mount etc.
Here's a pic:

Under the left front swaybar mount...
...the ad says you need a functional front swaybar and that the plates only go on the left side. Judging from the notches I would be comfy saying that they go between the swaybar bushing and the front crossmember on the driver's side.
Check out the "similar items" on the page with that part. I believe the plates mount under the bushing housings pictured.

PS Asking Lon Salgren himself wouldn't hurt. He's the TDS boss, and a real good guy.

They lower the front sway bar, so that when the front end raises up at launch, the sway bar won't limit the control arms' downward travel so much. Lets the strut all the way out etc.

Et improver plates in essence do the same thing as what air bags installed on the rear do- what's that? they allow a slight weight jack to one side so when engine torque/twist is applied to the chassis the car will launch more evenly planted- The car stagnant will favor (lean to) the opposite side of thrust twist. When under power it will sit more level and planted for traction.
I'm sure RB will try to defend himself and say what a rude person I am- fact is- this is a tech board and people rely on accurate info- and you cowboy toss things to the wind. People don't like to be mislead and spend their money wrongly.
