Lakewood traction bars

Does anybody know the best way to set up the lakewood traction bars? The instructions said to leave them in a neutral position to start with, but some people have told me that they should be preloaded. I have a 85 iroc with sfc, kyb agx adjustable shocks and struts set at the softest setting on the struts and 50/50 on the shocks, 255/50/16 bfg drag radials at 22 psi. I will be getting the Spohn adjustable ta, but would like to get the traction bars adjusted first. The car is making around 450hp and spins through first gear and finally hooks in second. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you put the TA on with the Lakewoods your susp. will bind and ride like crap. Preload on the pass side works for a friend and he has NO TA. Save your money for gas

Traction bars or the "Traction Action" style LCA's? If its the LCA's, don't worry about the settings - they will grenade soon...
