vacume bleeder

would a vacume pump thing work good to bleed the brakes and change the fluid? the fluid is black, will a change make much difference in the performance?

buy a phenoix injector kit, it will bleed by sucking or pushing, a steering wheel jack is handy to have along with the phenoix injector
